Replacing oil/butter with milk when making omelettes.
I really like putting vegetables in my omelette. And I just discovered that I can stir fry them with milk instead of oil. As well as it being lower calorie for me it was more flavoursome. I made a cheese and onion one and it tasted like the filling of "Greggs cheese and onion pasty" which I love.
Anyway I don't know if this was said before but I just wanted to share.

Yh I didn't like that for onions. I do that with more watery vegetables, if that makes sense. I liked the flavour and texture the milk gave.1
