Hi guys,
I wanted to start a challenge where we can help each other to lose weight. I am new to lose weight but highly motivated. I started my dieting on September 10 and lost almost 8 pounds. Taking 1200 calories a day..
Original starting weight - 231
September ending weight - sept 28- 222.8
October starting weight -
October goal - lose 10 lbs
Ultimate goal- 140
