Property tax question (California if possible)
A friend of mine lost their home in Santa Rosa from the fires. In 2 months, property tax is due, but the question she had asked on FB is if there's no home on the property and the neighborhood is gutted with reduced value now, how does the city/state evaluate their property tax owed?
