I am so thankful to find a site that offers free help. I have been logging all food and exercise for one week and have lost two pounds. I am so excited to join the group!

  • Omgosh, thank you everybody. Today is my first time exploring the site other than logging in exercise and food. This is truly amazing. I have moved to another state and have not made any friends here yet other than people at work. I have been exercising at home since I started last week on MFP. I am finding that my next step is to join a gym for a variety of exercise to keep things new and exciting and meet some people with the same goals. My doctor started me on blood pressure medicine because I am borderline high, which was a complete shock. I've known that I need to get healthy for awhile, but now realize the urgency. My doctor highly recommended I join the site. I am so glad I'm here! Thank you to all!!! Best of luck to your journey as well.
