Total carbs vs net carbs

Is there a way to calculate net carbs for someone on the keto diet? I believe the carbs goal on mfp is showing total carbs, right?

That is correct. There are some net carbs version entries for some foods, or you could figure it yourself by subtracting your fiber from your carbs for the day, or (last I knew of) there's a net carbs column you can add (and if memory serves, it might be via a browser extension).
I'd recommend entering the words net carbs column in the search box for forum threads, if that interests you.3 -
Stop worrying about that. From a calorie standpoint, it's inconsequential and too laborious to track food like this for the rest of your life.
Just make sure that you're getting adequate daily fiber. Very bad things can happen to your digestive system long-term if you eat a very low fiber diet. Unfortunately, this is one of the bad things about Keto.1
