    you counted the 9months pg as your started weight, strange really....

    Congrats on your actual weight loss ( and congrats on the baby),
    you are doing great, now to stay motivated, gogogo, it's a life journey, a hard one on some.:flowerforyou:

    Well I gained 18lbs with my pregnancy but yes, I included my starting weight being the last day I was pregnant. :) To each their own I guess :) Thanks!

    Check out my blog http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/kmlt08/view/since-so-many-people-ask-113774 but no real secrets just how I have lost what I have lost and what I have done. Pretty much portion control calorie counting increasing liquids and becoming more active! :) Thanks!
