Returning...on a big time plateau. Would love some friends!

Hi, everyone, I'm Rick in Indianapolis. Earlier this year, I dropped 40 pounds...and I've been stuck there for 3 months. I just can't seem to break through and finish the job.
I'm a very social guy, and recognize my need for friends along the way. I'd love to make some new friends so we can support each other!
Thanks for taking the time to read this!

As you get closer to your healthy weight it gets tougher. Its only natural, the smaller you get the fewer calories you require making your deficits smaller. I've been working on my last ten pounds for a year. Finally made the right adjustments and have managed to lose a pound and a half in the last two months. Getting older doesn't make it easier either.0
