in the process of trying to change my eating habits just want to stay motivated

    Hey,
    Staying motivated at times can be hard but you have to remember to do the best you can.
    I don’t post much on these community boards.
    I do post my food diary daily and always happy for other ideas. Don’t post my workouts much as it doubles up on my Fitbit.
    Feel free to add me but won’t take offence if you don’t.

    Trying to change my nutrition also. I'm 29 and want to be as healthy as possible by the time I'm 30. Which means working out and changing diet. So doing away with fast food, eating clean, bulking and cardio. Feel free to add me and watch my progress.

    Anyone can feel free to add me :smile: I am working on eating better and working out daily. I've got about 50-60 more pounds to lose. @birdiepeeps88 that damn 30 is sneaking up fast!!

  • im 29 as well so 30 isnt to far away im just trying to stay as healthy as possible for myself my kids an family an i hope everyone stays positive an accomplishes all there goals
