Hey everyone! I'm new to this application and this level of dieting. I workout and eat healthy, but my weight never changes. Hopefully this can help.

I was in the same boat as you and, after 60+ days on MFP, I know why. I wasn't eating at a deficit and when I was I blew it during the weekend by eating out, ordering takeout, drinking alcohol, etc. Now that I'm eating at a deficit, I'm finally seeing the scale move. 19 lbs down.

Hi and welcome.
A few things:
1 - Purchase a food scale and learn how to weigh and practice portion control. This helps keeps you honest and consistent in your food diary. If the pack says 28 grams is 1 serving, weigh out 28 grams.
2- if you are drinking calories with out tracking, stop. Those calories count also, stack up really quickly
3- Take measurements (the scale does not tell the whole story).Or have a piece of clothing that you use as a guide. Like a pair of pants you can't get zipped. After a few weeks, at least you will know how you have lost inches.
4- Be sure you are weighing yourself, the same time and day per week. After using the restroom before eating or drinking
