Is there a reason why you are on such low calories (exceptionally short, sedentary?)
Perhaps your rate of loss is too large - losing weight more slowly will give you more calories which may be more sustainable.
Adding exercise will enable you to eat more!4 -
Losing 500g a week is probably a goal.
Yeah I also think that this is too little amount for a day. But from today I just start to record what I eat daily. So I will eat a little bit more.
I wish I could work out properly but I can't run well and even can't walk fast now because I had been wearing a cast on my left leg for a few weeks.
Anyways thank you for your tip!0 -
Get some cheap hand weights (3kg perhaps?) and do some upper body exercises. You can do that from standing, and in front of the TV. What is your current height and weight?1

I have those kinds of light dumbells. And yeah I can use them for my arms and for my legs too when I get down. Thank you! And now 58kg, 163cm I am.0

You have an ideal weight for your height, and you're healing from injury/surgery. Don't eat 1200 calories. Set MFP to maintenance.2

Well kind of yes but I don't really have much muscle but more fat all around my stomach and thigh..That's the problem. And sorry but what is MFP?0

MFP - Myfitnesspal.
You should look into recomp.1 -
oppsy thanks0

I agree, look in to recomp. However, 1200cals is too low to allow your body to that on your current stats. Absolutely look in to recomp (you won't build muscle on a large deficit). Have a look through the forums, you should find plenty of threads (and possibly a group or two) that focus on recomping.
You should be on AT LEAST 1450 calories, more if you exercise. And not focus on your weight, but on measurements. At 1200 cals your body is so starved it will eat away at the muscle mass you have left.2
