2 months 10 pounds lost!

First picture is from a friends party on August 17th 2017, second one is from this past weekend. I defended the first pic by saying to my self that it is just a bad angle. I knew the truth though.. life, stress and job got the better of me. I buckled down, started logging, lifting twice, hot yoga twice and walking 4-5 miles another once or twice. Patience and consistency is the key, I have long ways to go but have enjoyed the journey so far. Wishing everyone else good luck on their respective journeys.
