Back on the wagon.....again

Hi!
I’m at my heaviest (non-pregnant) weight ever. Although I could do with more exercise, my biggest challenge is food. I’m a stay-at-home mom with a 2 year old and 3 month old. I need motivation to eat healthy so I can promote a healthy lifestyle for my kids and keep up with them.

I am 5’7” 197lbs. I have crossed the line into the Obese category with my BMI and recently calculated my body fat as 49.76%. I used an online calculator for my body fat% so I don’t think it’s accurate, but it is a wake up call.

I lost weight using MFP before so I know it’s possible. I need some friends to help me on my journey to keep me accountable and motivated. Feel free to add me as a friend.

    Hi. I am on my heaviest (non pregnant) weight too! I have 2 years old daughter and I basically never work out since before my wedding. And almost similiar with you, I'm about 169 cm (apprx. 5'7 too) and 79 kg (apprx. 172 lbs). I already obese too
