I'm Kellie, 24 years old, SW 210 lbs.
I'm not so focused on how much I lose exactly, just really need to reduce my weight. I'm aware of my pitfalls - I'm a disability shift worker/student so often eat crappy food on the go, I eat late, often skip breakfast and have a sweet tooth!
I'm looking for friends in here to keep things interesting and to exchange ideas with. I've had a small amount of success with MFP in the past and it works better the more you use it! I'm pretty active (online, not in real life. That's part of the issue!) and have an open diary.
