I've lost roughly 11lbs over the past 2 months, I've kept to my calories count and workout routine VERYwell. BUT! I'm feeling the cravings again and with a vengeance

If I crave something, I tell myself I can have it Friday night (or whenever - a few days away). I don't tell myself "no," I tell myself "not right now." Usually by Friday, the craving has gone.

How much do you weigh now (and how tall are you)? If you have lost too much or too fast, you will be hungry. Reaching a goal you've worked hard for can in itself create a feeling of loss of direction. Not having to eat at a deficit anymore can give you a sense of entitlement to "eat all the foods". Feeling resentment over having had to restrct food intake (amount and type) can lead to the same thing.

Have you set your calories to maintenance (with your new weight)? Are you eating a balanced and varied diet? Is your exercise fun? Do you get enough sleep and rest?

I find most of my cravings go away in three days. I normally don't keep most of my craving in the house so if I still really want it by day 4 then I go get it.

This is a strategy I also use. And agree that often the craving goes away. If not, I allow myself to have it.

make whatever youre craving fit into your calories. or, get in an extra workout or cut calories back another day to make it work.
I let myself to have whatever I'm craving for as long as it fits in my calories. There are times I ate over my calories goal and I will make myself to head to the gym on that day.
