My very supportive friend found this at Sprouts,
Miracle Noodles PHO and 38 calories a serving. 2 servings a bag and pretty darn good pf8zrav3mnhy.jpeg

    Basically beef broth and shiratake noodles. Where are the veggies, beef and the fat?

    The package says vegan, so it's not even beef broth.

    I'm not gonna lie, it looks to me like it's probably super bland. However, if I see it in WF I'll probably give it a go. I like annie chun's miso and udon soups, although admittedly the AC soups have a lot more calories (250) and I only eat them with some form of hot sauce (with even more sodium).

    As a lover of good Pho, I feel like "Pho" on that packaging should have a big asterisk next to it. That looks like like 76 calories of sadness and self loathing.

    Is Pho typically a high calorie meal? This is the type of thing I don't feel like I need a substitute for....
