Because of the country I was born in and how I was raised, I consider myself a moderate conservative.

Interesting, I'm surprised you choose a party. Conservative but might I ask? Monetarily? socially?

I spent far too long thinking of something remotely interesting about myself and settled with this sentence :)

I only spent a few years in corrections (post retirement)...but I agree...there is good in everyone...it's just harder to find in some people

I was given to the wrong family at birth. Once they realized they were holding a girl, but had delivered a boy.... I was given to my real mom *I hope* :D

I spent 6 months, not 3 in Parris Island. Due to a stress-fracture that I trained on until it broke 6 days from graduation during the 3 mile final-PFT..

I ran my fastest time ever, 20:20. Then collapsed.

Me too!!! I haven't spoken a lie in maybe twenty years because I hate being lied to. I sometimes should as I tend to be too blunt and forth giving sometimes but other than a little white lie in a jokingly manner, I won't lie... I may withhold information ;) ... But still never lie!
