Being Discouraged

I started out at 308 pounds & weighed 245 on my sleeve surgery day of 8/23/2016. I now weigh 221.7. I have been in a stall bouncing between 225-207 since January of this year. So I am Discouraged

Hi Ann,
I am not really new here. I kind of just kept to myself, but i Have to say don't get discouraged your doing great. I can't seem to lose my weight fast enough but I won't give up.1 -
You’re doing amazing, stick with it. Not sure what your doing to lose weight but try mixing it up a little to get moving again. More water, a different type of exercise or just trying new foods. Hope you bust out your plateau soon!0
