Back after a year! Need some motivation and support

Hey everyone I'm Tiffany. I got this app a year ago and I lost 20lbs well a year later and I not only gained back the 20lbs but I also tacked on another 20lbs. I gained 40lbs!! I was miserable and can't believe I allowed work and school get in the way of my health. Let's not forget to mention my sisters wedding is next month.. I really need some friends to help me get through this journey and keep me foucsed on my goals. I look forward to being apart of this community!
