Hello and may i say "this site is so helpful". I am sure you've all noticed, LOL!

    I take Zumba classes three times a week and workout on my own with the DVDs on the weekend!

    Hiya, I also love Zumba - its fantastic fun and I also have a secret desire to be an instructor when i get to goal :laugh: love it!!

    I have managed to lose 30lb's now but still have a way to go, not sure I would have stuck with it this long if I hadn't been introduced to MFP - Love this site so much xx Its fantastic. Good luck and welcome to MFP, feel free to friend me!! :flowerforyou:
