Which Activity Level Should I Choose?

I am a computer technician at a high school. I spend some time at my desk, but I also walk around the school doing repairs and helping employees. Some days there is more sitting, some days more walking. It really depends on what's going on that day.
I haven't been going to the gym lately, so I am getting no activity from that. I haven't done any extra exercise in a while.
I usually get between 5,500-7,500 steps a day, according to my fitbit. Some days I get closer to 8,000 to 10,000.
What should my activity level be set as? I currently have it set as Not Very Active, but I feel like my Fitbit gives me too many extra calories.
