I know there are several threads related to this but looking for new ideas to get me motivated. Please tell me what you're eating throughout your day if you're doing anything keto/paleo-like. Thank you! :)

    Hughjazz74 That would depend on caloric intake. Mine is low and broken by half days of fasting averaging 1000-1200 calories per day, the goal is to lose weight build stamina. Breakfast: keto coffee + 1 fried cheese omelet with 2 tbsp guacamole on top. Lunch may be 2.5 oz tuna with lemon juice +1.5 tbsp ranch dressing +1 tsp olive oil over 1 cup of mixed greens +2 glasses lemon water. Dinner: 1 serving of a shrimp bowl in 1/4 cup salsa + asparagus spears cooked in Ghee and Mediterranean pink salt. I hope this helps you.

    It’s soup season so I make a big pot of chicken curry then I make another pot of curry soup without the chicken . Made with just full fat coconut cream then added Sherwood curry seasoning with garlic and cilantro . I eat this for dinner and lunches along with grilled bbq burgers wrapped in lettuce with sliced avocado . Breakfast is bullet proof coffee , scrambled eggs with a little spinach and ground turkey.
    More fat you include in your meals you won’t feel hungry that often . Snacks are walnuts, almonds or other types of nuts
