Any food that is low in carbs anytime will be low carb at breakfast time. There's not such thing as breakfast food outside of marketing. Eat what you like that meets your macro needs.

2-3 tablespoons of chia seeds with about 100ml of almond milk left soaking overnight in fridge. add sweetner or berries in the morning to suit your pallet / macros. heat up in microwave and you have an oatmeal substitute.

I know most people hate it, but I have about 4 oz of extra firm tofu cold. It’s after I workout, and sometimes I’m too rushed to make something. I’m surprised by how it keeps me full, until I get eat again.

Is it a taste thing or a dietary restriction? If you don't mind eggs in baked goods, I like to mix 1 scoop of protein powder 3/4 c egg whites and about 1/2 c mashed sweet fruit or veg (think banana, sweet potato, pumpkin.. applesauce might even work, but it's a bit runnier than I would usually use) and then use the batter to make pancakes or waffles. It probably wouldn't meet Keto standards, but it should be under 20g Carbs. You could probably substitute the egg whites for flax eggs if you're vegan or allergic, but I can't say for sure if it'd turn out.

    Cottage cheese? Greek Yogurt? Nuts?

I have an Americano or cold brew with heavy cream everyday and most days I have hard boiled eggs and a piece of chicken sausage or chicken burger for breakfast.

I like the Jennie-O's turkey sausage for protein in the AM. Reminds me I need to get some....my store doesn't carry them.

I had hash made with homemade pork (ground chicken works, too) sausage with a variety of vegetables. It would have been even lower carb had I reduced or changed the vegetables to lower carb ones (i.e. more mushroom and spinach, and less of the parsnip, carrot and onion). I did add an egg on top, but the egg wasn't necessary to the meal. I just like eggs.
