    I've been on a plant based diet for 3 months. Before that I was a pescatarian for about 4 years and a vegetarian for 20 years.

    I'm trying to stick as closely to whole food plant-based as possible. I was vegan for 5 years with no weight loss, but went WFPB to try to heal from chronic Lyme Disease and I've lost 138 lbs since the last week of December (2016).
