Hello from the UK

Options
Hello,

I'm introduce myself. Today, Saturday, is my sixth day using myfitnesspal. So far, the free version has enabled me to count calories much better than ever. I'm 38 and have been working on getting in better shape and losing weight for about a year now.

I'm pretty terrible at it!

Now, I weigh about 104kg and am 6'4" tall. I finished thirty days of 100 push-ups recently but then was ill with campylobacter.

Let the weight loss begin!

Northumbrian old biddy here, hello jcordray, I have been counting calories here and since Jan'1st & so far lost 31lbs. I'm afraid I'm too old to like recording my weight in Kgs. Just to wish you happy weight loss. :)

Hi. Well done! I have also been logging for about a week. Not consistently though! I really want to get in shape. I fell off the wagon about 1 month ago but at 33 I really want to get sorted!

Health is my main priority and I don't pay it enough attention by a mile....would love some UK fitbuddies to share ideas and motivation!
