Hi i'm a student of engineering once i was also a fit guy and i was good sports man (some years back). I used to play cricket (District level), table tennis (Inter uni championship), badminton (at home), basketball (Secondary school i was captain of team), football (casually), volley ball (not very often), i have represented my teams in inter schools championships and at district levels...i used to play hell lots of games and was very active but since i used to become lazy and sometimes because of projects loads i couldn't give proper time to my fitness and my current weight is 104KG i want to take it to at least 75KGs....lets see how i can be on track this time...i just want my fitness back and after that i'll again start my career in sports and this time planning for state national level.
