....that you can burn roughly 100-200 calories by sitting on an exercise ball and lightly bouncing up and down for 20-40 minutes while watching your favorite show on TV instead of the sitting on the couch to watch it.
Pretty cool way to wind down for the day and still burn some extra calories!

I want a hippety hop because it is fun! (The exercise ball with a handle so you can bounce all over the house on it. They make them for grownups! I really wanted to have a hippety hop party for my 40th birthday but it didn't happen. Maybe next year.) I bet I'd burn plenty of calories on one too.0

i used to have a pink exercise ball with built in weights but it started deflating... i have no clue what happened to it but w.e just because of this post im buying one tomorrow thanks for the info!!!0

Any activity is better than no activity! I sometimes do this when I am restless but I've already done my training and cardio for the day....lol
Make sure you get the correct size ball for your height!
