I need to find my drive

I am getting fatter and bigger and hate how I feel. I am up to 200lb and feel even heavier, hate how I look but just cannot get my diet under control. Can anyone help?

    I'd recommend building a support group through this app, and log absoloutly everything you eat. You might find just the knowledge that other people can see what you're eating, will deter you a little from eating It, knowing you have to post it. I've found that helps me put down the bag of chips and reach for baked crackers instead. Find someone else to hold you accountable if you're not yet at the stage where you can do it yourself.     I would start by changing your profile name . . . . Make some thing positive and inspiring so each time you see it you will be lifted up not torn down.
