                    Hello Fitness Pals,
I have been on mfp for 3 years almost. I have lost 134 pounds. I was extremely active on here and I had this amazing support (they got me through my first half and full marathon last year). THEN my ex started being awful in any way he could and to coupe I ate and hide until I finally had enough and broke it up. However this year I had struggled with getting out of the depression and back I to the healthy, happy me. Now I would like to rebuild my fitness pal and be a supportive pal with a supportive group again! Please feel free to add me.
