Does anyone have a low calorie muffin recipes? Preferably under 100cal.

    Check out my pumpkin apple muffins for only 99 calories on my blog: peanut-butter-lover.blogspot.com.

    Hungry girl also has some really low calorie muffins.

    Mix a spice cake mix with a can of pumpkin puree. Separate into about 18 to 20 mufffins for about 100 calories apiece.

    Skinnytaste.com has a blueberry muffin recipe. If you replace the sugar with splenda they will come out to 100 calories.

    I made Pink Lemonade Confetti Cupcakes it was like a muffin. 1 cupcake 97.4 calories, fat 2.3 g, carbs 17.3 g, fiber 0. g, protein 1.0 g, sodium 103.7 ( I got this off of www.skinnytaste.com) they were very good.:smile:
