3 Day Diet..

So I know most of you probably aren't an advocate for the 3 day diet, but I need some non-judgmental advice.
Today is Day 2 and I just had dinner. At about 3pm today I started getting a headache and my vision is kinda goofy. I wear contacts but it's not the normal fuzzy vision, it's like, it's getting dark? Does this make sense?
Anyway, my allergies are bad today and I'm wondering if it's because of that or because of the diet. I know I also haven't drank as much water today and that I didn't sleep extremely well last night
Please look at the menu and let me know. If you think it's the low-cal intake, please suggest a good food for me to eat as I will have no idea. Thanks loves

What is the 3 day diet?0

Looks like not a lot of Carbohydrates in this. Between that and not enough hydration you could be feeling a little faint, esp. if this is way under what you normally eat. Maybe have a little Gatorade and see how it goes? It is a hot time of year...don't want to get dehydrated and have an electrolyte imbalance. Just thinkin' out loud here. Not trying to screw up you 3 dayer.0

Have your blood sugars checked they might be high0

I would try to get down some water and go to sleep. I'm not a nutritionist or anything so i don't wanna diss your diet, but if your gut feeling tells you that you haven't stayed hydrated. That would be the first change I would make. Also that link listed substitutions at the bottom. So if your food diary says your carbs or sugar or protein or whatnot is off, maybe the little swap will make a difference and could help you out?
Hope you feel better!! -Nathalie

Do you usually drink coffee or tea with every meal??? Because if you don't that amount of caffeine could be a major shock to your system! I imagine the point of it is to increase your heart rate and metabolism, but I don't think that is safe.0

No I don't drink tea or coffee and I'm not drinking it now. I've had some lipton tea but I drink that all the time anyway. The first day was fine, I honestly think it was dehydration. I'm going to make sure I stay hydrated for my last day and just tough it out. After a whole week off my body needs this detox and self discipline. Not that I'm doing it for the pounds, but I'm down 3.4 of them from Monday morning. Water and sleep, that's all it took!
Thanks for your help all0
