    I'm coming off 3 weekends on the road and a serious cold that just will not go away. Which means I've gone days without exercise. 51, and guessing I'm at 197. Ultimate goal would be 175, but I'd be happy to always be in the low 180s.

    Oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, and I'll look for something good for lunch. Dinner may be something basic, like eggs.

    I really need to get back to it all. Feeling huge and bloated and just not myself.

    In 2013 I joined this app and lost over 25 pounds with diet and exercise, I then got pregnant stayed healthy throughout but when my son was born I ended up gaining all the weight back and then some. I’m pretty active now but can’t seem to shake the weight, I know it’s harder to lose baby fat but I need a support system to help me along.

    <3 hi back on the wagon again.... don't have any support my friend is an enabler , constantly trying to out do .everything is competition. She hides her key to treadmill. She's so spiteful . I need friends to keep strong and focused..... HELP ;)
