I used my fitness pal a few yrs back and got off course. I'm going to give it another try. I have to go have tests for diabetes and I'm caring for my mom who takes a lot of meds. I saw my future if I don't get a handle on it. I'm not good at eating right and I'm addicted to sugar so it's a daily struggle.
