    Hi! I'm 5'4 looking to lose about 35-40lb! I currently weight 165-170lb. I'm not too interested in the scale though. My goals are to get my BMI under 30% and to finally be able to do a single pull up!

    I’m 5’1” & weigh 145, the most I’ve ever weighed. I keep finding excuses not to loose & my husband is gaining as well with no real interest in eating better or exercising. I would like some mfp friends to help me stay on the right path. We can do this! Let’s start right now. My goal for tomorrow is No sweets.
