Week 1 results: visitor time but I maintained :0)
Accomplishments: Went to all of my group training classes.
Goal: I need to get back to 5 - 6 days of working out so my goal this next week is to workout at least 5 days.

Awesome job for weeks 1!!
Results: I'm down about 4.5 pounds (TOM was hanging out last week, so it's not all from this week, lol)
Accomplishments: I went to my first CrossFit class today, and that was fun. I had to stop about midway through the circuit, that *kitten* is nutzo intense!
Also, I've been doing some back to school shopping (still fun, even at 25, lol), and it would seem that I am a size 8-10! Yay!!0 -
Weekly weigh in is on Tuesday.0

Weight-Maybe down a half pound (i need to get a new scale! my old one sucks)
I feel like I have a lot more energy from exercising so much though.0 -
rharris86dc had biggest weight loss for week at 4.5 lbs!
