Over the course of a couple years I had been sitting at a 75 lb loss. I had a convention coming up where i'd be reuniting with several of my best friends. I took it upon myself to take 3 months and go for the remaining 25. At my peak I was 450 lbs. I'm proud to say the day before the convention I weighed in at 349. 101 lbs gone!

Never give up. This takes time, sometimes years, you will fall off the wagon, you will cheat, weight will go up and down. Don't be so hard on yourself when those things happen. Just get right back up and keep going. Tomorrow is a new day. Don't just focus on the destination, focus on the journey as well.

Good Luck.

Starting stats:

450 lbs
Pants: 56x32 "relaxed fit"
Shirt: 4-5xl (depending on cut)

Current stats:

348 lbs
Pants: 46x32 "athletic fit"
Shirt 2xl-3xl (depending on cut)

Awesome! And, without wanting to sound creepy at all - you look like a very likable guy, with and without the weight. :-)

I really needed to see that this morning. Thank you! You and i have very similar journeys so far. I was 400+lbs when i started 2 years ago i was wearing 4x shirts and 52 or 54 for pants size. Im now 312, 44 waist and a 2x shirt. Ive kind of hit s wall for a few weeks. I struggle with snacking. But it was just nice to read your post. Again, thank you!
