I was hoping to find some like minded people in my area, for support, motivate and help push the other durring our weight loss Journey. I've lost 51 pounds so far. I've hit my first goal, now working on my second goal.

    I live in Washington County TN. Congrats on your first goal. I am still about 30 lbs from my first goal. After then, I will try for another 30.

    Just... restarting... not a native but in Washington County TN. Congrats ladies on meeting your trust goals! This is my third time starting over. Haven't hit a goal yet. Looking for guidance with things like meal prep and general motivation to NOT stop this time!
