Do you think my family who have not seen me for six months will notice when I see them on Friday? I am anxious that they might not...

    They will most definitely notice!!! But some people might not want to seem rude by asking "have you lost weight?" so don't be disappointed if nobody actually says anything, outright. You may have to bring it up, if you want to talk about it.

    But CONTRATULATIONS!!! Because you have done an awesome job and look great!!!!
