I was put on the low FODMAP diet by my Dr. (dietitian supervised) and am looking for friends on here that are also on the diet so we can compare notes/recipes. Please add me!

    Hello, I am on low fodmap as well and it's challenging but well worth it. Don't give up, it's going to help you!
