Okay group this is the deal on the database. I do this in my free time. I volunteer to do this for the group. I NORMALLY post the database only once a week to this site. Which also means I don't update the document on the site either. Each time I update the document I post the link to get to it. IF YOU POST HERE IT IS ADDED TO THE DATABASE. I am human so I might mis enter a figure. So I hope you all do check it when I do post. Thank you for the help. I will restate that if you do not post by Wensday than I delete you from the database so that way the totals figure right. Feel free to email me any time from this site or at my email jlbiles@ymail.com. If you can't open the file I have before and will again email those who give me their email address separably.0

Can I still join? This is the month of back to school and I need every motivation I can get to be in tip-top shape by the time school starts. Luckily I weighed in yesterday so I know my starting weight for August 1st.

Hey everyone, Just checkin in!
I want to thank you JACKIE! It is a lot of hard work to keep up with all these people. But I know it helps us get/stay motivated!
Despite fighting myself about it all day I did my INSANITY workout! I am on the 4th week and everyday is still a challenge but I really wanna finish it.... consistency has always been the hardest part for me! Hope everyone is having a good week!0 -
You are not alone. Working out everyday is hard for me as well. Especially in this heat. Hang in there we will do this together. By the way you are so welcome. We are 127 strong.0

I'm seriously going to try to check in on this thread every day. I gotta get a good loss this month! I'm going to go for a walk tonight, and then probably do a DVD after - some days I just need two hours of fitness.. and today is that day. Besides, tomorrow night I'm going wedding dress shopping (again) and won't have time to do any workouts.
That's the other thing - right now I'm trying on plus-sized dresses, and I'd really like to be in standard sizing before time to buy my dress - in April (at the latest!) ... So, I have nine months to lose about 70 pounds. Can I do it?! I think so!! But it's going to take hitting it hard and sticking with this challenge group.0
