Any one Else Tried the Breatharian Diet?

Breatharians believe that a person can give up food and water altogether and live purely off prana, which they also call "living on light" or "living on air."

Is summer air less fattening than winter air?

How do I find out how many calories per meal?

I It's a shame because the supplements (bacon and chocolate mainly) are costly. But without them I would die of sad.

I always wanted to fully commit to being a Breatharian, but I still drink water on the weekends- I just miss the taste of it! But I think being Breatharian is better for the environment.

Usually 0 calories per meal, but it could be higher if it's smoggy, and make you hungrier for more air. Just be sure to log your exercise calories, and breath those too.

Then your diet is made of lies, but you can log them as exercise if you speak them out loud. Honest logging is critical.

Breatharian as in nothing by mouth? Yes, for about a week by doctor’s orders. Oh, the blood sugar crashes!

QFT. I mean, just think of what you're not adding to our already overburdened sewage system. Paying it forward ftw.
