I’m always over on my carbs and sugar from fruit and sometimes over in protein but very rarely hit my fat any suggestions?

olive oil or other oils, nuts, nut butters, full fat dairy, cream, butter, cheese, higher fat cuts of meat, flax or chia seeds0

Since your Quick Add entries don't have macros associated with them, they're screwing with your numbers. Try logging the foods those represent instead of relying on so many quick adds if you want your macros to look right.2
