245 lbs to 151 lbs and still going

I found my old pants deep in the drawer yesterday and it inspired me to take this picture. I started out wearing a size 22 pants and 2XL shirt. I am currently wearing 8/10 pants and a S shirt. It definitely has not been an easy journey. There’s been many ups and downs along the way. The one thing that remained constant is my determination and persistence. The small changes made day in and day out that add up to the total success. It’s a long time in the making. I was at my highest in 2010 and started losing and gaining as the years rolled by. I finally became motivated in Feb 2016 to get it off for good and here I am. My goal weight is 135 lbs so I have a little ways to go.
The only piece of advice I leave for you is to never quit. Just keep getting back up and keep moving forward.
Feel free to add me as a friend.

You've done a marvelous job and are such an inspiration to/for me. I hope you won't mind me posting another pick of you to SHOW how VERY VERY far you've come and to paint even more of an AMAZING pic of what those pants looked like with you in them---because it's a sheer motivation to/for me and I believe will be for so many others as well. Again, what you've accomplished is nothing short of tremendous and thank you so much for being such an example of "(we/YOU too) can do this (and more important) it's so possible...let's do this" too!!!
P.S. WOW!!!!14 -
