You physically can't eat, or you just have no appetite? Perhaps it's worth bringing it up with your Dr/dietitian?

If you struggle with volume, choose calorie dense foods. Eat frequently - snack a lot. Drink calories between meals.

Also try weight training so you put on muscle and not just fat.

When I was in my teens I wore lots more clothing so I did not look so skinny. Ok things changed but I know how you feel and even thou I dont have answers I wish you lots of luck.
I know you may have to get the right balance as lots of fatty foods etc will effect your cholesterol levels and its a hard one to balance as I used to look after my dad who had COPD.

you need to speak to a doctor and get a referral to a dietitian if you have a medical reason that stops you eating.

    and, peanut butter.

    cashew nut butter then...

the dietitian sounds rubbish. there is a list of calorie dense foods somewhere which would be worth a look.

full fat dairy is a good place to start.
