And Right Now im thinking its impossible for a girl like me to have one.
ive lost 25lbs in total have another 72 to go.
I do a biggest loser or 30day shred each day would this help towards some muscles.
Im losing 5oz to 1lb a week is this a good thing.

Hit the weights. At challenging weights - like where you can barely squeeze out that last rep. Like 5/x week (each body area 1/x week). Consume enough protein and calories to build muscle. Don't worry about the scale as much as your bodyfat % - that's the best measure of if you're building muscle or not. If an older woman like me can put on muscle, so can you!!0

You can do it! I lost 113# and do you see these shoulders?( Sorry I am in love with my shoulders). Anyway, make sure you eat enough protein and lift weights and you will acheive muscles. Drink up your h2O and eat lean protein chicken, ground turkey, oatmeal all the yummy stuff. If you don't know how to train with weights and you are able to get to a gym, usually they can give you a free plan to start out with, if you become a member. Good luck and you CAN do it!0

one thing site will prove = NOTHING is impossible. Just keep working on losing the weight, eating properly, and getting exercise and you will be fine. \
I would say your 1 lb a week loss is right where it should be. Weight training will help as well. Do your homework and you will succeed0 -
I lost nearly 42 pounds and hit the gym using diet and heavyweights too. The change was amazing. Within 3 months I looked like a different person! Yes you can do it!
I had a friend train me who is a body builder so was spoilt for help but when you get to the gym ask the people you want to look like for help and advice and trust me they will be more than happy to lend a hand!!
Start now as your weight drops a lovely toned physique will be underneath and watching it emerge is so motivating!! Will post before and after pic's of me on later as proof! I am back to the gym next week as have been travelling for 6 months and put 22 pounds on (diet of rice and beer and no weights!) but am happy knowing how fast heavy weights work.
You really have to tax yourself, push the weight till you simply have nothing left. Leaping about holding little dumbells.... forget it.... I am a big fan of www.bodybuilding.com where the transformations section is awe inspiring and it's not big freaky people it's slim toned strong people who are calorie burning machines!! Good luck!!0 -
The DVDs your doing are excellent for losing weight, but the low weight/high reps the use are not designed to build muscle.
Use weights so heavy you can only do 6-8 reps of each exercise and do three sets of each. Make sure you're getting plenty of protein.
Your weight loss is right on track for a sustained and healthy loss, stick with it!0
