Grilled Chicken weights after cook.

I usually weigh it before cooking it but someone else cooked it and didn't get the chance to weight would you know how much the weight would be different on a 4 oz or 6 oz. Thanks

For lack of better data, you can generally assume a 25% to 30% difference between raw and cooked meat weights.2

this. (On every package of raw chicken I've seen where they've quoted for both raw and cooked, it has listed the serving size as 4 oz raw or 3 oz cooked).0 -

I overestimate all cooked meat by 50%. Cooked weight times 1.50

I find cooked chicken in the food list and add that.0
