2 months postpartum! Join me as I try to juggle my little one’s needs with breastfeeding, healthy eating and regular exercise.

My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for the month of November.

I’m 168 lbs. Hoping to get down to under 160!

    It's doubtful you can sustain that large a deficit. Unless you're very short you don't have enough weight to lose to go for 2lb per week.

    I've weaned. Here's to burning up to 500 calories a day by sitting on your butt cuddling a baby.
