Hi,
I'm Dana...have battled losing weight and gaining weight for a longgggg time. Had reached my goal and lost more than 70 pounds last year, and then some how let 15 of creep back on. Hopefully keeping track will help me stay accountable!

Hi...I love this site. I have tried weight watchers...paid all that money, lost a few pounds..but it was just no fun. I have tried other diets too as well. I think what helps me on this site is that there are other people here to motivate you and send encouragement. It forces me to think about what I eat and the calorie intake. I love putting down the exercise that I do to see how much more I can eat! Im on a 1200 calorie a day diet now and that exercise sure does help. I also have a sister on here that I know is watching me! lol. This is has been the easiest weight loss program I have encountered! You just have to be diligent about what you eat and putting it down and exercise. Have to be determined to stay on track. Im a diabetic, have high cholesterol, High blood pressure.....my labwork was awful before I started this program. Now 6 weeks later all of it has gone down to normal!
