Good morning...

I'm new to fitness pal, hoping to meet some people who can help me keep me encourage on my weightloss journey. My CW is 290. Long Term Goal is to loose 100lbs.. Hopefully breaking this big goal down to little bite size pieces will help me achieve it. GOal one is to loose 10lb by Labor day. So far I'm 1lb down and 9 to....

    That's a great way to do it. If we look at all of the weight we want to lose, it can be discouraging, but breaking it down is a good plan. Good luck on your journey.
