2 weeks - intermittent fasting - looking for friends

Two weeks now I've not missed a lifting day... not much for cardio, but my Fitbit scale has me down 1 percent body fat!! Intermittent fasting window is 12-8.
Looking for ppl to motivate me and continue this progress with me. Please send a request if you are an active user

I am just now getting into the Intermittent Fasting, love it so far the 16-8 right now aiming for the 18-6, I am on FP at least every other day0

I have a busy day ahead of me so I will just say, you may request me if you like. Other Intermittent Fasting folks may send me a request also as well as Low carb. I am in the Eastern US Time Zone if that matters to any potential friends.1

I do IF. I fast until somewhere between 4-5 pm every day. I keep my diary open and share recipes.

I fast between roughly midnight and around 7:30 AM each day myself. You should try it.3

240 days in. IF alone wont make u lose weight, u still need to be in a calotic deficit FYI

I'm only eating between 3pm and 5pm each day and combining it with keto. 1400-1500 calories a day, can't put away much more than that with the fatty foods. Funny because I could eat all day if I was eating carbs. I haven't really noticed anything with IF except that it's harder to get all my calories in.0

For those that don't think scales are accurate, for three months I've gotten on that scale and it's almost exactly the same. Fitbit Aria is amazing. Regardless if it gives the right bf overall it will accurately decrease or increase it.1

I did IF for about a year in 2011-12 and wish I hadn’t stopped (worked changed and I had no control over when I could eat).
I started again about 4 weeks ago and got back on MFP last week. Fair warning - I try to eat healthier than I was before within my calories. Still wouldn’t be considered very healthy - not a big green vegetable fan.0
