Good for stomach, makes hair shiny, great for cooking. BS nonsense for weight loss.. unless throwing up is your aim.

Apple cigar vinegar is very real. I use it on my laundry all the time.

It is a real thing and has lots of uses - it doesn't help with weight loss.

Makes me barf. I hate barfing. I like vinegar mixed with oil, not sure why the oil helps. It’s much easier to tolerate when added to salad. Go figure.

While losing weight, went through through long periods drinking a shot glass of ACV daily, for reasons unrelated to weight loss. Also went through long periods not drinking it. Logged meticulously during both. Zero difference in weight loss.

There's some evidence from studies that it may aid in blood sugar regulation by slowing the absorption of glucose, which is interesting only if you're diabetic. I'm a diabetic and have tried it, since I like the flavor and already owned a big jug. If there is an effect it's minor and not consistent enough to count on it, at least in my case.

It does nothing for weight loss. If you want to lose weight, count calories. There are no shortcuts.

Fake for weight loss. ACV does not speed up your metabolism or make your body burn calories more efficiently. It can also eat the enamel of your teeth. If you like the flavor of it in foods, it's great in moderation.

It makes a fine addition to a vinaigrette. It’s just a food. No magical properties.

I have found it useful for my sinuses but it hasn't made me thin yet!
